The worn bridge on this patient's upper teeth fractured off, necessitating the removal of the supporting teeth. We replaced the roots of his teeth with dental implants and fabricated an implant-supported bridge to restore his smile.

This patient was missing several teeth on the upper right. He completed orthodontic treatment to improve his bite and resolve some crowding of his front teeth. We then placed 3 dental implants and restored them with a bridge.

This patient damaged several front teeth playing sports as a teen. Over time, he lost some of his teeth and needed to replace them. Dr. Bradley Frey removed the failed teeth and replaced the roots with dental implants. We restored the implants and several other teeth with a combination of porcelain crowns and an implant bridge.
